Shipping policy

Due to the nature of 3D printing, items cannot be guaranteed to be completed within the 14 day lead time estimate. Orders falling out of this expected timeframe will be contacted and permitted to cancel their order for a full refund, or provided a new updated estimate.

Custom requests come with custom lead times, and are not subject to the above requirements. Current turnaround time for custom requests is between 6 and 8 weeks.

We strive to offer the most affordable shipping options for our customers. However, please be aware that shipping costs within Canada are determined by carriers and are beyond our control. To help save on shipping costs, we recommend purchasing multiple items at once or considering bulk orders when feasible.

Despite our best efforts to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, accidents can happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and will guide you through the process of rectifying the situation.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged, returns and exchanges are accepted within a reasonable timeframe. Please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Note that the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer. When returning items, they must be in their original condition and packaging.
